When all else fails....

turn the oven on. We've got this weird little gas heater that sits conveniently next to the largest window in the house AND the back door. Whatever heat it does produce is quickly whisked out of doors. Right now I have a sweet potato in the oven the size of a football. Why did I get such a large potato. I'm already full from dinner. What about a bunch of little potatoes. Because the longer this sucker cooks, the longer my house has heat this evening!
