DIY: Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Tres tres romantic for Valentine's Day tomorrow. Trouble is that Paul's out of town and now I have a tub of Chocolate Covered Strawbs all for myself. 

1. Assemble strawberries and chocolate into professional looking containers
2. Observe strawberries and melt the chocolate. I've got the observing part down but I tried to microwave the chocolate and it smelled burned and was a little crunchy. Stovetop perhaps? Too late now.
3. Dip strawberries into chocolate. Avoid burned bits. Place on parchment covered baking sheet and let cool in fridge.
They look a little weird. I'm taking them to work tomorrow.
