Weight Watcher Wednesday

I was so hungry by the time I finally ate lunch at 3 o'clock today. A loooooong meeting, 1/4 of a half of a bagel (which I'm sure has some sort of fancy measurement but I'm just too tired), half a chocolate chip cookie, and a missed WW meeting. Still down .6lb. Roasted Beet salad from TJ for lunch.
Victory! Right after the infamous 10% last week I decided that this would be my week "off." The Mendocino trip meant more food and less exercise and I would have been happy to just stay the same. So the .6 is a bonus!
My current weight is 166.2. Only 1.4 more pounds to go before hitting my 20lb weight loss!
