Weight Watcher Wednesday

Things have been rather sporadic around this blog lately and I apologize. I've been busy, which I know is a lame excuse, and I say- enough with the excuses!

I managed to lose .2lb this week. Which is basically me not drinking water this morning. 
This is crunch time. I know that my body likes to sit in the 160's. 
So what is my plan for this week? Make sure the fridge has only good foods. Buy chicken and fish and NOT freeze them so that I am forced to make dinners as opposed to suggesting Pho. Eat one meal that's a splurge that's a splurge but make sure that I rein it in on other days. 
So I'm at 166.8 hoping for less next week.
