I hate WW Wednesday. I hate it.
Let me just tell you. I worked out Monday thru Sunday of last week. Climbing two days. Dailey Method four days. Riding (which IS a workout) one day.
I tracked all my food and did not even eat all of my 49 points. Granted I may have slightly underestimated. Slightly. Regardless had over 30 activity points.
And I gained a pound.
An intimate detail of my last year in Arizona where I got down to the low 140's. I did not eat breakfast. For lunch I had a Carmel Macchatio (skim milk mind you). Dinner before my workout was a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup (which I know now is 4 points) or straight lettuce with fat free dressing. And I went to bed at 9 because my stomach hurt so much.
On Saturday night I made a piece of salmon with teriyaki and honey. On Sunday I had an omelet with potato, onion, and cheese. Those were the treats. That's it.
Do we really need to do that again?
