I cooked. Actually cooked a meal last night. Let me break it down. I was on Pinterest at work (leave me alone- it's my job to be up to date on the internet goings on) and I saw a recipe for a Quinoa and Sweet Potato chili. Light bulb moment- I have both Quinoa and Sweet Potatos at my house. So I pinned the recipe back to my board for easy access, stopped by Target for some additional ingredients (plus Game of Thrones), and made it. That's right.
I even made substitutions. Like when Target had one can of black beans so I used black lentils. Genius. Check out Milk Free Mom's recipe!
