Paul and I have been eating steamed broccoli and two fried eggs for dinner each weeknight for the past two weeks. I don't have a problem with this. It's very healthy. But Paul eats so slowly. He still has a full egg left by the time I start to lick my plate. Sometimes I leave the table early and start dishes, sometimes I munch on some carrots and hummus, but mostly I fantasize about dessert.
