Every day I pack a Clif Bar, Banana, Trader Joes Low-Fat Chicken Noodle Soup, and an Apple. I also have Trail Mix at my desk for snacks.
I am quite the creature of habit.
Once a week, I forgo my Chicken Noodle for Butternut Squash Soup made in the Specialty's Cafe in our building. It is so good!
On Mondays, I review the soups for the week, and count down the days until I can have my "fancy" lunch.
Today is Wednesday and guess what? It's Butternut Squash Soup day!
